- CNC machine cut disks for a seamless smooth round cut. The set is sized slightly larger (0.25" or 0.5") than the cake to eliminate cake trimming & wastage when covering in buttercream or ganache
- Each combo set includes 2 disks of each 6, 8, 10 inch (0.25 or 0.5 inch diameter) and our beloved 12 inch tall acrylic bench scraper with round cake level to achieve perfect level cake. The comfort grip will reduce strain and increase steady movement when applying frosting, buttercream, ganache with scrapers and combs.
- These acrylic disks make the whole buttercream smoothing process so much easier and faster
- No trimming, simply place a disk on the top & bottom, fill sides & scrape away excess for a smooth, straight finish
